If work slows down, apprentices can return to Directions for redeployment, which helps reduce redundancy and long-term payroll pressure.

Directions assumes legal employer responsibilities. This helps buffer businesses from insurance costs and liability risks associated with staff.

Directions reduces admin for hosts by recruiting, screening, onboarding, compliance, mentoring, performance tracking and ongoing support.

As a registered charity, Directions reinvests surpluses into community programs, therefore enlarging your ESG metrics for tenders.
We aim to respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as possible, but you can usually expect a response within 1–2 working days. We may not respond on weekends or public holidays.
We are officially open from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8:00am to 2:30pm on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, though we may still respond to enquiries during those times.

To begin hosting an apprentice with Directions, please contact us by email or phone and tell us who you are, what industry you are in, a little about your business, and the type of apprentices you are looking for. One of our Apprentice Advisors will then visit your workplace to assess the environment and complete the necessary administration before you get started.
