Through education, skills development, mentoring, life skills and strategic community partnerships, Directions Workforce Solutions empowers people to overcome barriers, achieve their potential, and contribute to a stronger and more inclusive community.
For nearly four decades, Directions has been committed to helping our community grow and thrive through skills development, workforce support and meaningful opportunity. Now, as an A.C.N.C registered charity, we continue that commitment by reinvesting any surplus back into our services and community programs, creating practical outcomes that support people, families and local businesses alike. By working with Directions, our clients are helping us develop the next generation of tradespeople, business owners and leaders.
