Directions Workforce Solutions provides paid-for scholarships to select apprentices so they can complete their training and continue building a future in their trade. Through these scholarships, we also support the wider community by partnering with organisations that are helping people grow and succeed, while creating meaningful employment and training opportunities for carefully selected individuals. In the program’s inaugural year, Directions funded two full-time Business Trainees for 12 months with various organisations, such as Mates in Construction W.A and Share and Care Northam. The initiative has grown ever since.
